Investment dollars are needed to bring the company forward in its endeavours. Below is the proposition of IS5000 Publications and Technological Services Inc. Canada (From now on known as IS5000).
An investment of $20,000.00 Canadian Dollars will guarantee a one-time payment of $45,000.00 within 4 years of signing and making the payment of $20,000.00 to IS5000. Your return is guaranteed to be in your hand within 30 days of the 4 years and could be paid much earlier, but is only guaranteed within 4 years.
This agreement does not entail the investor any rights to IS5000 shares or any company control whatsoever. Moreover, this agreement shall not exceed $45,000.00 or in the case of a bonus $50,000.00. A bonus upon the investment to IS5000 is up to their (IS5000) discretion as there is no guarantee that this will actually be done. This contract entails the bearer the money promised for the investment of $20,000.00 Canadian and it shall be in Canadian Dollars. The company of IS5000 or a representative of said company, which in this case happens to be George Arnold Hall (The President / CEO / Director of IS5000), shall use the money received as investment ($20,000.00) for the needs of the corporation (IS5000). The above is true as long as the main part of it garners improved work performance of office equipment with respect to bringing about the return of the investor’s investment of $20,000.00 Canadian to bring about a value of $45,000.00 to the investor within 4 years of the date of this contract.
The representative, however, does not need to give reasons for all purchases because as soon as they receive the money or investment their only obligation is to ensure that the investor’s investment will guarantee that they receive their return on their investment. After their return on their investment has been paid in full both parties in this contract are released from it and must report either their capitol gain or loss to the Government. If by chance the investor is unsure then it is up to IS5000 to ensure them, but is under no obligation to reveal company trade secrets or company day-to-day operations. The investor must also be aware of IS5000’s website http://www.is5000.com and the policies on the website must be read and understood. Policies change as a company grows and the investor MUST read the policies, and check them periodically and understand that they could be changed at any time. The major item that will not change is the guarantee on their investment and that it will never be less than $45,000.00 Canadian dollars for an investment of $20,000.00. Certified cheques, and bank drafts for the amount of $20,000.00 will be accepted, but personal cheques are not. Cash will be accepted as long as it is with a stamped sheet from the bank guaranteeing the money with the serial numbers printed on the sheet. The certified cheques or bank drafts should be made out to George Arnold Hall with the company name (IS5000 in full) in the memo field.
The Investor ______________________ agrees to pay the sum of $20,000 to IS5000 as an investment as per above, and agrees to be bound to the terms laid out in the above. If any of this contract contradicts with the policies set by IS5000, then the policies on http://www.is5000.com take precedence and the undersigned _______________________ understands that those policies can change and thus should read them before agreeing to this contract.
